Current Job Opening:

Intensive In Home- Qualified Professional -  Statesville area
GENERAL PURPOSE: The IIH Qualified Professional will be responsible for providing structured, therapeutic interventions (face-to-face, collateral and telephone) to provide support and guidance across multiple functional domains including emotional, medical and health.
QUALIFICATIONS: Have at least one (1) year of documented experience working with the population served; and
Must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years of experience with the population served or bachelor’s degree in a non-human field with four years of experience with the population served

Intensive Alternative Family Treatment (IAFT) Qualified Professional:
The IAFT Qualified Professional is responsible for oversight and the management a caseload no more then 8 consumer Therapeutic Foster Parents and IAFT consumers for a specified region representing a wide array of diagnosis, ethnicities, and socioeconomic conditions.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree ina  human services field and two years of experience with the population served or bachelor’s degree in a non-human field with four years of experience with the population served
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for providing intake, initial placement, planning, and coordinating services; 
  • Supervising and evaluating Independent Contractor/Foster Parents; 
  • Providing monthly clinical documentation of consumer contacts/family visitations;  
  • Performing documentation review and approval; 
  • Facilitating treatment planning; 
  • Attending treatment team meetings, 
  • Participating in the on-call rotation; 
  • Performing the daily management of services for children in placement; 
  • Providing daily management of children, which may include but is not limited to introducing behavior management, anger management, and social skills techniques to children and parents, one-on-one counseling with the children, resource identification for the parents, and guidance/support for the child and parent; 
  • Coordinating services with biological parents and planning for step-down/ transition home; 
  • Providing a minimum of thirty-five hours per week;
  • Providing case management services for a full caseload of foster care and IAFT consumers of no more then 8 
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • Will follow the training model fidelity of IAFT and TFC.

Intensive In Home Licensed Professional (Mecklenburg and Statesville Location)
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Have at least one (1) year of documented experience working with the population served; and
  • Must be a Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Professional in the state of North Carolina 
GENERAL PURPOSE: The IIH Licensed Professional Team Lead will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy for each consumer served by the team, providing and coordinating the assessment and reassessment of the recipient’s clinical needs, providing clinical expertise and direction in regards to the team’s interventions used with consumers and families, providing clinical supervision of all IIH team members, along with other duties as specified by the supervisor, and performs related duties as assigned.

Bilingual (Spanish speaking) Intensive In Home- Qualified Professional - Mecklenburg area

 Therapist: (Charlotte, Mooresville and Concord office locations ) 
Looking for a Therapist who will provide outpatient counseling sessions to individuals, couples, or families, and will be responsible for timely, accurate, and professional documentation of case files.  We are seeking a therapist willing to take a variety of consumers. Therapist will communicate with clients, clients' families, community resource agencies when applicable.  Therapists must have a counseling/therapy license in good standing, must be compliant with all state licensure laws, and must provide their own liability insurance. 



School Based Therapist (ALEXANDER COUNTY)
Looking for a Fully and or Provisional Therapist who will provide outpatient counseling sessions to individuals within the school setting.  This Therapist will be responsible for timely, accurate, and professional documentation of case all files. Therapist will communicate with clients, clients' families, community resource agencies when applicable.  Therapists must have a counseling/therapy license in good standing, must be compliant with all state licensure laws, and must provide their own professional liability insurance.
